InnoDez provided full MEP for renovation of an approximately 1,000 square feet of existing retail space into a TI Robeks juice bar franchise location in Plainfield, Illinois.
First, we reviewed existing record drawings and further, developed construction drawings for the design of Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing. Drawings were produced using Autodesk AutoCAD software.
We did our coordination with the Architect through several meetings, reviewing all the plans and considering the best options of design that was required by the client and City standards.
